1. All machine tool base components are made of HT300 high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron. Internal stress is eliminated through secondary aging to ensure the overall rigidity and long-term precision of the machine bed.

2. Equipped with a torque motor cradle five-axis machining center and a five-axis control system, it can achieve high-precision five-axis machining of complex curved surfaces.

3. The five-axis rotary table support and X-axis slide are designed as a single unit, resulting in stronger machine tool rigidity and higher precision.

4. Utilizing a DD direct-drive rotary table, it features high positioning accuracy and repeatability, suitable for batch processing of complex parts.

5. Both the spindle bearings and lead screw bearings use imported high-speed, low-temperature grease, ensuring long-term lubrication and reliable operation
